If you do it after the update, the official drivers will be loaded of course and the control panel won't let you switch back to the web drivers until you edit the ist and do a reboot (or relog?) + possibly kextcache blah. Reboot with -v kext-dev-mode=1 nvda_drv=1 disk utility -> repair permissions on my test_yosemite drive
